Salvador García-Bodaño Fernández, nado en Negreira o 13 de abril de 1896 e finado en Santiago de Compostela o 20 de novembro de 1955, foi un procurador, xornalista, escritor e agrarista galego.

Traxectoria

Cando estudante universitario colaborou como correspondente no xornal La Raza do Río de Xaneiro, foi redactor de La Zarpa e tamén se dedicou á literatura. Foi un destacado dirixente do agrarismo barcalés: dirixiu o periódico A Fouce de Negreira, participou na constitución da Federación das Asociacións Agrarias do partido de Muros-Negreira e sufriu un atentado seguido dun proceso. En 1921 presentouse como candidato agrario-galeguista á Deputación da Coruña polo distrito de Negreira, pero fracasou no intento. En agosto de 1923 foi detido con Manuel Ruso Alonso por promover unha reunión ilícita[1] e viuse involucrado nun procesamento que continuou durante a ditadura de Primo de Rivera. Colaborou en El Compostelano cunha serie de crónicas sobre a historia do agrarismo galego asinadas co pseudónimo Palmerín.[2] Exerceu como procurador dos Tribunais en Santiago de Compostela e foi vicedecano do colexio profesional. Na década dos anos trinta fundou e dirixiu unha revista de procuradores en Madrid.

Foi pai de Salvador García-Bodaño Zunzunegui.
