Félix Díaz, nado na Comunidade Qom Potae Napocna Navogoh o 28 de decembro de 1959,[1] é un agricultor e activista indíxena a prol dos dereitos civís do pobo toba na Arxentina.[2] É o qarashé (ou cacique) de Potae Napocna Navogoh, tamén coñecido como Colonia La Primavera na provincia de Formosa.[3][4] O xornal español El País nomeouno entre as 100 persoas iberoamericanas máis salientables de 2011.[5][6] Dende xullo de 2016 foi presidente do Consello Consultivo e Participativo dos Pobos Indíxenas da República Arxentina.
