Subtitulado Boletín do Comité Rexionalista, apareceu en 1917. O seu director foi José Novo Pardo. Publicábase mensualmente. Foi un periódico bilingüe, aínda que con predominio do galego, e vinculado ás Irmandades da Fala. Mantivo polémicas con El Gato.
