Edward Elzear « Zez » Confrey (, Peru, Illinois - , Lakewood, New Jersey) est un pianiste et compositeur américain de musique ragtime, spécialiste du genre novelty. Sa pièce la plus célèbre est Dizzy Fingers, publiée en 1921.
