La O-phosphoséryl-ARNt^Sec kinase (PSTK) est une transférase qui catalyse la réaction :

ATP + L-séryl-ARNt^Sec  ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$  ADP + O-phospho-L-séryl-ARNt^Sec.

Cette enzyme intervient chez les archées et les eucaryotes dans la formation du sélénocystéinyl-ARNt^Sec. Chez ces organismes, ce processus se déroule en deux étapes^[1],[2],[3] : la PSTK catalyse tout d'abord la phosphorylation d'un L-séryl-ARNt^Sec en O-phosphoL-séryl-ARNt^Sec, lequel est ensuite converti en L-sélénocystéinyl-ARNt^Sec par la O-phosphoséryl-ARNt:sélénocystéinyl-ARNt synthase.
