Rôles

Ils participent à la différenciation, la migration, la prolifération cellulaire[1]. Par ces aspects, ils participent à la cancérogenèse.

Cible thérapeutique

L'erdafitinib est un inhibiteur des FGFR en cours de test dans certains cancers urothéliaux[2].
