Ykkösen kausi 2007 oli vuonna 1973 perustetun Ykkösen 35:s kausi.[2] Ykköseen osallistui 14 joukkuetta ja joukkueet pelasivat 26 ottelua. Kaudella 2007 Ykkösen voitti Kuopion Palloseura, joka nousi Veikkausliigaan. Rovaniemen Palloseura sijoittui toiseksi ja meni liigakarsintoihin, joissa voitti FC Viikingit. Sarjasta putosivat GBK, PP-70 ja Klubi-04.
