Ro-23 (aiemmin sukellusvene No. 41) oli Keisarillisen Japanin laivaston vuonna 1922 valmistunut Kaichū-tyyppinen sukellusvene.

Valmistus

Alus tilattiin vuoden 1918 hankinnoissa Yokosukan laivastontelakalta, missä köli laskettiin 20. tammikuuta 1921. Alus laskettiin vesille 25. lokakuuta ja otettiin palvelukseen 28. huhtikuuta 1923 nimellä sukellusvene No. 41.[1]

Palvelus

Alus nimettiin 1. marraskuuta 1924 Ro-23:ksi. Se poistettiin alusluettelosta 1. huhtikuuta 1935.[1]
