Michael Soren Madsen (s. 25. syyskuuta 1957 Chicago, Illinois, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hänet tunnetaan muun muassa elokuvista Thelma ja Louise (1991), Reservoir Dogs (1992), Kuolema saa odottaa (2002), Kill Bill Vol. 1 (2003), Kill Bill Vol. 2 (2004), Sin City (2005) ja Strength and Honour (2007). Hän näytteli myös 24-sarjan kahdeksannella tuotantokaudella Jackin vanhaa tuttavaa James ”Jim” Rickeriä.

Yksityiselämä

Madsen on ollut kolme kertaa naimisissa: Jeannine Bisiganon, Georganne LaPieren ja vuodesta 1996 De Anna Morganin kanssa. Madsenilla on yhteensä viisi lasta, kaksi Bisiganon ja kolme nykyisen vaimonsa kanssa. Hänen sisarensa on näyttelijä Virginia Madsen.
