Jorma Torkkeli (1. maaliskuuta 1954 Oulu) on suomalainen jääkiekkoilija.

Torkkeli on Oulun Kärppien kasvatti ja edustikin seuraa koko ikänsä. Ensimmäiset miesten ottelunsa Torkkeli pelasi Kärpissä kaudella 1974–1975 I-divisioonassa. Seuraavalla kaudella, 1975–1976, Torkkeli oli joukkueensa neljänneksi paras pistemies.[1] Kausi 1976–1977 kului vielä I-divisioonassa. Torkkeli pelasi I-divisioonassa yhteensä 98 ottelua ja teki niissä 67 tehopistettä.[2]

Kärpät nousi jääkiekon SM-liigaan kaudeksi 1977–1978. Torkkeli oli Kärppien mukana kuusi kautta liigassa, voittaen kaudella 1979–1980 pronssia ja Kärppien ensimmäisen Suomen mestaruuden kaudella 1980–1981.[3] SM-liigassa Torkkeli pelasi 170 ottelua ja teki niissä 65 tehopistettä. Pudotuspelejä Torkkeli pelasi 21 ja oli kaudella 1978–1979 liigakarsinnoissa pitämässä Kärppiä SM-liigassa.[2]
