Herman Rarebell (oikealta nimeltään Hermann Erbel s. 18. marraskuuta 1949 Saarbrücken) tunnetaan parhaiten Scorpionsin rumpalina vuodesta 1977 vuoteen 1995, kahdeksalla studioalbumilla. Hän oli tärkeä säveltäjä yhtyeen historiassa ja on kirjoittanut kappaleita, muun muassa ”Another Piece of Meat”, ”Falling in Love”, Savage Amusementin toisen singlen ”Passion Rules the Game” sekä klassikot ”Rock You Like a Hurricane”, ”Make It Real”, ”Blackout”, ”Dynamite”, ”Arizona”, ”Bad Boys Running Wild” ja ”Don’t Stop at the Top”.

Vuonna 1982 Rarebell julkaisi ensimmäisen sooloalbuminsa Nip in the Bud. Hän oli Scorpionsin jäsenistä ensimmäinen, joka julkaisi sooloalbumin ollessaan edelleen yhtyeessä mukana.
