Big Bethelin taistelu (engl. Battle of Big Bethel), tunnetaan myös nimillä Bethelin kirkon taistelu ja Mahtava Bethel, oli yksi Yhdysvaltain sisällissodan ensimmäisistä maataisteluista Fort Sumterin taistelun jälkeen. Se käytiin 10. kesäkuuta 1861 Unionin ja Konfederaation joukkojen välillä. Taistelu alkoi Konfederaation joukkojen hyökättyä Unionin sotilaita vastaan ja päättyi Unionin perääntymiseen. Kuten muutkin sisällissodan alkuajan taistelut, Big Bethelin taistelussa kuolonuhrit jäivät vähäisiksi, 19 mieheen. Yksi taisteluissa kuolleista oli Unionin majuri Theodore Winthrop.[1]
