۲',۳'-نوکلئوتید-حلقوی ۳'-فسفودیاستراز (انگلیسی: 2',3'-Cyclic-nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase) که با نام «CNPase» هم شناخته میشود، یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «CNP» کدگذاری میشود.
سیانپیآز یک آنزیم مرابط با میلین است که در حدود ۴٪ از پروتئین میلین دستگاه عصبی مرکزی را میسازد و به نظر میرسد که تغییرات فراوانی با تغییر سن میکند.[۴] این آنزیم منحصراً توسط اولیگودندروسیتهابیان میشود و ظهور آن یکی از نخستین وقایع تمایز این سلولهاست.[۵] عقیده بر آن است که سیانپیآز نقش مهمی در ساخت غلاف میلین ایفا میکند.[۶]
علاوه بر آن، سیانپیآز با ریزلولههای نسج مغز و سلولهای FRTL-5 تیروئید در ارتباط است.
