شارلین ماری «شان» مارشال (به انگلیسی: Charlyn Marie "Chan" Marshall) با نام هنری کت پاور (انگلیسی: Cat Power؛ زادهٔ ۲۱ ژانویهٔ ۱۹۷۲) خواننده-ترانه‌سرا، موسیقی‌دان، هنرپیشه و مدل اهل ایالات متحده آمریکا است. وی از سال ۱۹۹۲ میلادی تاکنون مشغول فعالیت بوده‌است.
