شرکت مخابرات سیار اصفهان

شرکت مخابرات سیار اصفهان (اختصاری MTCE)که با نام اسپادان نیز شناخته می‌شود، یک اپراتور شبکه تلفن همراه در ایران بود. [۱][۲]

پیرو توافقات صورت گرفته در سفر هاشمی رفسنجانی رئیس جمهور ایران به مالزی در سال ۹۴ و بر اساس قوانین جذب و حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، در ۲۹ اردیبهشت ۱۳۸۰ مجوز راه اندازی اولین شبکه تلفن همراه اعتباری در ایران با ظرفیت اولیه ۲۰ دستگاه صادر شد. سهمیه‌ای معادل هزار مشترک به مدت 15 سال به سلکام اعطا شد و شرکت صنعت منابع فناوری مالزی مجوز استفاده از 24.18 Mbit/s را بر روی تکنولوژی جی‌اس‌ام را در استان اصفهان دریافت کرد. در سال ۱۳۸۴ سلکام سهام خود را به تلکام مالزی[الف] فروخت. [۴][۵][۶][۷]

در سال ۱۳۸۷، اسپادان مجوز وای‌مکس را از سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی[ب] خریداری کرد. [۸]

در سال ۱۳۹۰، اسپادان در پی ادغام با شرکت مخابرات سیار ایران، تمام سیم‌کارت‌ها را از کار انداخت و غیرفعال کرد. [۹] [۱۰] [۱۱] [۱۲]
