آلدولاز C (انگلیسی: Aldolase C) که با نام فروکتوز-بیس‌فسفات C هم شناخته می‌شود یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «ALDOC» واقع بر کروموزوم ۱۷ کُدگذاری می‌شود. این پروتئین یکی از آنزیم‌های گلیکولیز است که واکنش برگشت‌پذیر تبدیل فروکتوز ۶٬۱-بیس‌فسفات و فروکتوز ۱-فسفات را به دی‌هیدروکسی‌استون فسفات و گلیسرآلدئید-۳-فسفات یا گلیسرآلدئید کاتالیزه می‌کند.^[۴]^[۵]

این آنزیم اختصاصاً در هیپوکامپ و یاخته‌های پورکینیه بیان می‌شود.

اهمیت بالینی

این آنزیم با بروز سرطان در ارتباط است.^[۶]

همچنین میزان آلدولاز C در مغز بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی بیشتر است.^[۷] گلیکولیز یکی از مسیرهای بیوشیمیایی مهم در بیماری مذکور است.^[۸]

علاوه بر اینها، اکسیداسیون این آنزیم در بیماری آلزایمر و اختلال شناختی خفیف مشاهده شده‌است.^[۹]
