پروتئین ۸-بی ریخت‌زایی استخوان (انگلیسی: Bone morphogenetic protein 8B) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «BMP8B» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴][۵][۶]

این پروتئین عضوی از خانوادهٔ فاکتور رشد تغییردهنده بتا است. این پروتئین همانندی توالی اسید آمینه‌ای با پروتئین ۷ ریخت‌زایی استخوان و پروتئین ۵ ریخت‌زایی استخوان دارد و قادر است رشد و تکامل غضروف و استخوان را تحریک کند.^[۶] این پروتئین در هیپوکامپ رویان نیاموشان نیز یافت شده‌است.
