Teresa Castro Gutiérrez (Donostia, Gipuzkoa, 1968ko abenduaren 28a)[1] gipuzkoar gidoilaria, ilustratzailea eta LGBT eskubideen aldeko aktibista da.[2][3][4] “Del otro lado de – vivencias en cómic de mujeres trans de aquí y de allá” lankidetzan egindako komikiaren egileetako bat da.

Ibilbidea

Teresa Castrok nekazaritza-ingenieritza ikasi zuen.[5] Urte sabatiko baten ondoren, ilustratzaile aktibismoari ekin zion. Komikia eta marrazkia erabiltzen dituen arte-aktibista da, LGTB+ kolektiboaren eta, bereziki, emakume lesbianen eskubideak defendatzen dituena. Irratiaren ere arazo horretan sartu da Inout radio delakoan.[6] La gallina vasca aldizkarian eta Gehitu elkartearen argitalpenetan argitaratutako umore grafikoko lanak egin ditu.[1]

“Del otro lado de – vivencias en cómic de mujeres trans de aquí y de allá” komikia lankidetzan osatutakoa da.[7] Gehitu eta Mugen Gainetik izeneko bi Gobernuz Kanpoko Erakundearen (GKE) lankidetzatik sortu zen komikia, LGTBI+ pertsonen berdintasun eraginkorra, garapenerako lankidetza eta gizartea eraldatzeko hezkuntza lantzeko helburuaz sortua. Garapenerako Lankidetzaren Euskal Agentziak finantzatutako proiektu baten barruan egin zen, eta helburua trans emakumeek Erdialdeko Amerikan eta Espainiako estatuan bizi dituzten eguneroko egoerak ikusaraztea da. Horretarako, 8 emakumek historia bat -eurena edo norbaitek kontatua- irudiztatu dute. Erdialdeko Amerikako zenbait herrialdetan, hala nola Hondurasen, Nikaraguan, Guatemalan eta El Salvadorren, trans emakume izateak dakarren egunerokotasuna ezagutzen laguntzeko, baita gure ingurune hurbilean ere. Teresa Castro donostiar ilustratzaileaz gain parte hartu dute: Fergie Barahonaren (Hondurasko emakume trans) historia irudiztatzen duena; Sydney Hilton, Nikaraguako trans ilustratzailea, bere historia erakusten duena; Maria José Manzano, Amalia Leivaren (emakume trans salvadoretarra) historia kontatzen duen ilustratzaile salvadorarra; Susanna Martín, Bilbon bizi den ilustratzaile katalana, Estuarta Recinos (emakume trans guatemalarra); Catalina Parra ilustratzailea, LGTB, bere historia ilustratzailea, ilustratzaile madrildarra. Lan hori egiteko sormen-askatasun osoa izan zuten.[7]

Ekintzaile eta ilustratzaile lanak elkartuta hitzaldiak zein tailerrak ematen ditu, komikia LGTBI+ kolektiboaren errealitateari, generoari eta desberdintasunei buruz hausnartzeko,[8] besteak beste, “Del otro lado de – vivencias en cómic de mujeres trans de aquí y de allá” lankidetzan egindako komikia oinarri hartuta, ‘Historietas transoceánicas de mujeres LBT y personas no binarias’ izenburukoa Intxaurrondon 2023ko apirilean[9] edo Diversas-en barruan maiatzean Palentzian antolatutako Representación de las mujeres en el cómic y cómics que nos representan (Emakumeak komikietan eta ordezkatzen gaituzten komikiak).[10]
