Gürtel afera Espainian 2009 urtean plazaratutako ustelkeriazko afera bat da, Espainiako Alderdi Popularreko politikariak tartean dituena, kanpoko enpresek Alderdi Popularrarekin eta alderdiak berak zuzenduriko erakunde publikoekin egindako kontratu eta zerbitzuen inguruan. Madrilgo Erkidegoan, Valentziako Erkidegoan eta Galizian bideratu zen. Auzi horretan Francisco Correa eta Luis Bárcenas 51 eta 33 kartzela urtera zigortu zituzten, eta Alderdi Popularra arduradun egin zuten, lukro asmoa egotzita[1].
