Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu on 2006. aastal Tartus loodud hoiu-laenuühistu[1]. Ühistu õiguslikuks vormiks on tulundusühistu.[1] Lisaks peakontorile Tartus on ühistul ka harukontorid Tallinnas (kesklinnas ja Nõmmel), Narvas ja Jõhvis. Ühistu tegevuspiirkond on Eesti Vabariik.[2] Ühistul oli 2016. aastal 2468 liiget. Ettevõte peab end 1902. aastal loodud Tartu Eesti Laenu- ja Hoiu Ühisuse järglaseks.

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu on ühistuline finantseerimisasutus. Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu omanikud on ühistu kliendid, kes määravad ühistu tegevussuuna ning kel on õigus teenuste tarbimisel proportsionaalsele osale jaotatavast kasumist.

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu on seadnud endale eesmärgiks areneda ühistupangaks ning kujundada seeläbi Eestis üleüldise rahvapanganduse süsteemi.[3]

Ajalugu

Ühistu kanti äriregistrisse 28. detsembril 2006 Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu nime all.[1]

2007. aastal liitus ühistu Eesti Hoiu-laenuühistute Liiduga. 2008. aastal astus Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu Eesti Ühistegelise Liidu liikmeks. 2009. aastal avas Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu esinduse Tallinnas.

2010. aastal toimetas Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu Hillar Palametsa juhtimisel saatesarja "Ex unitate vires". Saatesari tutvustas ühistegevuse, panganduse, rahanduse ja hoiu-laenuühistu põhimõtteid võrdlevalt nii ajaloolises kui kaasaegses plaanis.

1. ja 2. aprillil 2011 tähistas Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu oma 109. aastapäeva Konstantin Moscovici paaniflöödi kontsertide seeriaga.[4]

2011. aastast annab Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu välja kord kuus ilmuvat ajalehte Ühistuleht ning toimetab Nõmme Raadios "Ühistusaadet".

Tegevus

Käesoleval ajal on Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu bilansimaht ligikaudu 15 miljonit eurot, liikmete arv on ligikaudu 3000.[viide?] 2006. aastal alustas Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu kahe teenusega: tähtajaline hoius ja laen. Hiljem on teenuste valik laienenud.

2011. aasta 1. detsembrist alates annab Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu ringlusse ühistusisest maksevahendit Eesti veksel. Veksli väärtus kaubandustehingutes on 1:1 euroga, kuid Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu müügipunktidest on veksleid võimalik soetada hinnaga 1 veksliühik = 0,90 eurot. See suunab liikmed tarbima üksteise kaupu ning teenuseid.[viide?]

Liikmeks saamine

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu liikmeks võivad astuda kõik Eestis alaliselt elavad või kinnisasja omavad inimesed. Samuti võivad liikmeks astuda kõik juriidilised isikud, kelle asukohaks on Eesti, v.a riik ja kohaliku omavalitsuse üksused.

Liikmesus

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu on Eesti Hoiu-laenuühistute Liidu ja Eesti Ühistegelise Liidu liige.

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu logo kujutab inimest, kelle kohal olevad ümmargused elemendid tähistavad häid mõtteid ja nende teostumist. Ühistu hinnangul võib logo meenutada ka Eesti rahvussümbolit rukkilille.[5]

Isikud

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu juhatuse esimees on alates 2006. aastast rahanduse teadur Andro Roos. Juhatuse liikmed on Liina Nulk ja matemaatik Märt Riiner. Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu nõukogu esimees on endine Tartu ülikooli prorektor Valter Haamer. Nõukogu liikmed on Elle Roos ja Harry Raudvere.

Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu Tartu kontorit juhib Liina Nulk, Tallinna kontorit Jane Hämarik, Narva kontorit Julia Borissenko ning Jõhvi kontorit Monika Kreilis.
