Rüütli 45 on ärihoone Pärnus aadressil Rüütli tänav 45.

Tänapäeval tegutsevad gootipäraselt historitsistliku välisilmega hoones hotell Bristol, restoran Beijing, Elleni Pagariäri, karaokebaar Coco Loco ja põgenemistuba.[1][2]

Ajalugu

Algul elamuks mõeldud hoone on ehitatud kahes järgus. 1900. aastaks valmis Boris von Bocki projekteeritud osa Hommiku ja Rüütli tänava nurgal. Kohe seejärel 1904. aastal valmis juurdeehitis Ringi tänava nurgal linnaarhitekt Hugo von Wolffeldti projekti järgi.[3]

Hoones avati esimese järgu hotell-restoran Bristol. Hotelli 14 numbrituba asusid hoone teisel korrusel, restoran oli esimesel korrusel. Esimesel korrusel paiknes ka kaupmeeste ühenduse A. Pusill ja M. Mikk "masinate ladu", kust sai tellida mitmesuguseid masinaid ja seadmeid.[3]

1918. aastal paiknes hoones 6. jalaväepolgu staap.[4]

Nõukogude perioodil tegutses hotell Bristol Kalevi võõrastemaja nime all. Hiljem asus seal Pärnu toitlustustrusti kontor. Eraldi tegutses esimesel korrusel paiknenud restoran Bristol. Restorani hilisemad nimed olid Baltika ja Perona. Samuti esimesel korrusel paiknenud söökla kandis nime söökla nr 2.[4]

Pärast Eesti taasiseseisvumist on hoones lisaks hotellile ja restoranile asunud asutusi ja kauplusi, näiteks kasiinod, pangakontorid, lihapood ja kingituste äri.[1]
