Establecimiento

Fue fundado el 29 de mayo de 2018, cuando Junji Murata y otros miembros del personal que produjeron Nijiiro Days y Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni se independizaron de Production Lead (actualmente Ashi Productions).[1]​

El nombre del estudio "Maho" significa literalmente "Magia". Simboliza el estudio que desea crear contenido mágico que cree sueños.[2]​
