Ihor Viktorovych Borysyk –en ucraniano, Ігор Вікторович Борисик– (Yazvinki, URSS, 2 de junio de 1984) es un deportista ucraniano que compitió en natación, especialista en el estilo braza.[1]​

Ganó dos medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Natación en Piscina Corta de 2008 y seis medallas en el Campeonato Europeo de Natación en Piscina Corta entre los años 2004 y 2012.[2]​[3]​

Participó en dos Juegos Olímpicos de Verano, en los años 2008 y 2012, ocupando el séptimo lugar en Pekín 2008, en la prueba de 100 m braza.[1]​
