Erik Valnes (Tromsø, 19 de abril de 1996) es un deportista noruego que compite en esquí de fondo.[1]​

Participó en los Juegos Olímpicos de Pekín 2022, obteniendo una medalla de oro en la prueba de velocidad por equipo (junto con Johannes Klæbo).[1]​

Ganó dos medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Esquí Nórdico de 2021, oro en velocidad por equipo y plata en velocidad individual.[2]​
