En gastronomio , ruĝa viando estas pli malhelkolora viando, kontraste kun blanka viando. La preciza difino varias laŭ tempo, loko kaj kulturo, sed la viando el plenkreskaj mamuloj kiaj bovoj, ŝafoj, kaj ĉevaloj estas nevarie konsiderata ruĝa, dum tiu de kokoj kaj kunikloj estas nevarie konsiderata blanka.
