Hans AAS (naskiĝis la 22-an de septembro 1880 en Tromsø, mortis la 5-an de aŭgusto 1960) estis norvega sindikatisto kaj esperantisto.

Aas aliĝis sian unuan sindikaton en 1906, kaj prezidis la sindikaton Norsk bokbinder- og kartonnasjearbeiderforbund inter 1914 kaj 1930. Li malaliĝis la Laboristan Partion (AP) kaj aliĝis la Komunista Partio de Norvegio (NKP) en 1923 kaj poste administris la ĵurnalon Arbeidet. Aas estis sekretariarano de la Norvega Federacio de Sindikatoj (LO) de 1920 ĝis 1923 kaj de 1927 kaj 1929.[1] Aas kune kun Elias Volan estis komunista malplimulto en LO, sed ili estis anstataŭitaj en 1929.[2]

Politike, Aas estis municipa konsilanto de Aker (iama municipo apud Oslo) kaj prezidanto de AP-distrikto en Oslo. Dum siaj komunistaj jaroj li estis ano de la politburoo.[3] Aas ankaŭ estis motoro en la Norvega Asocio de Laboristaj Esper­antistoj.[4] Hans Aas mortis en 1960.[5]
