Grasacido omego-3

Grasacidoj omego−3, ankaŭ nomitaj grasacidoj ω−3 aŭ grasacidoj n−3, estas polinesaturitaj grasacidoj karakterizitaj per la ĉeesto de duobla ligo je tri atomoj for de la fina metilogrupo en ilia kemia strukturo.
