Cirilo el Jerusalemo (aŭ de Jerusalemo) (en greka, Κύριλλος Α΄ Ιεροσολύμων [Kýrillos A Ierosolýmon]; en latina, Cyrillus Hierosolymitanus; ĉ. 313 - 386) estis greka episkopo kaj elstara membro de la patristiko. Li estas adorata kiel sanktulo fare kaj de la Katolika Eklezio kaj de la Ortodoksa Eklezio. En 1883 li estis deklarita Doktoro de la Eklezio fare de la papo Leono la 13-a.

Oni elstarigis lin dum la Unua koncilio de Niceo kaj en 358 li estis elpostenigita. Fine, en 381, Cirilo estis oficiale agnoskita kiel legitima episkopo de Jerusalemo fare de siaj samuloj ĉe la Koncilio de Konstantinopolo. Li reprezentis moderan tendencon inter arianismo kaj homooúsios (egaleco inter patro kaj filo).
