Zauryad-praporshchik (Russian: зауря̀д-пра́порщик, lit. 'praporshchik deputy', Russian pronunciation:[zəʊˈrʲatˈprapərɕːɪk]) was the highest Russian non-commissioned officer (NCO) rank (Russian: у̀нтер-офице́р ранг, IPA:[ˌunʲtʲɪrɐfʲɪˈtsɛrrank]) in the Imperial Army from 1909 until 1917.
