Hello, I am looking to write an article on Rockford First Church. I wanted to know if there would be anyone who would be willing to help get everything in order for what I need on Wikipedia. I don't want it to sound like an advertisement. I simply want it to be informational about the church. Also, don't want to get it deleted. How do I become a member of your Wikiproject?

I was attempting to become a new member but when I attempt to sign on to the list I'm listed as: "1. J.Abrego" rather than the subsequent number. Am I doing something wrong? I'm simply applying the "#J.Abrego (talk) 13:43, 21 August 2019 (UTC)" requested.
