Please leave the redirect target alone for now, until phab:T433782 is resolved. For the background on why this unusual redirect must be coded the way it is, see this VPT discussion. If the phab ticket results in a fix to the software, this redirect will suddenly stop redirecting directly to the anchor and will go to the top of the page instead, and Wikipedia:Requests for comment#WP:RFCSIGN will start linking the anchor directly for the first time.
