Of the cited sources, only one, Business World Online, is an independent, reliable, secondary source. The bulk of any article should be based on such sources. Based on the sources cited, the subject does not appear to be a suitable topic for an article at this time. Possibly some material on the subject could be incorporated into Tuguegarao#Economy. Revisit the topic in 3 months, once the mall has opened. By that time enough independent reliable sources may have written about it to justify a stand alone article. Fold the features section into the history section and get rid of the one-photo gallery. Wikipedia is not for advertising, marketing, or public relations.

Please read the talk page and self revert you last edits. You are clearly a conflict of interest editor and possible an undeclared paid editor working for the company. The entries that you reinstated are contrary to WP:NOTYELLOW. If you do not do so I shall open a notifocatiom to administrators and they may decide to revoke your editing privileges. Thanks. The same source already cited in the infobox is also used for the new data. The government website cited uploads new data every year on the same cited link so no additional sources should be cited and the one in the infobox is suffice. Wikieditorph (talk) 09:08, 5 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

If you're using an existing source, then you must update the access date parameter to show when it was last updated and checked. The source you're referring to is currently dated 2024... so adding data retrieved in 2026 needs that updating. Danners430 _{tweaks made} 09:12, 5 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
