Hi, I've just seen your recent COI edit request to Capital One. I'd like to thank you for going through that process; but I wanted to come here to warn you about our username policy, that prohibits usernames that seem to represent a company rather than an individual working at the company. I have completed your rename. Please be sure to read and follow our WP:COI guidelines. Additionally, you must complete a mandatory paid editing disclosure as an employee of an organization if you intend to edit in related areas (noting that editing is considered paid as an employee even if you are not directly compensated for it). • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.

Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.

Sources are either not independent (e.g. author profiles, interviews) or passing mentions (e.g. a quote from him in an article about Capital One, or being on a list of 250 people).
