@Hmlarson: For example: "List of foreign League X players" include players who "became" foreign even after leaving the league (for examples: Moses Ashikodi and Dexter Blackstock were capped for A&B after playing in the EPL, Daniel Gordon was capped for Jamaica after playing in the Bundesliga, Iain Ramsay was capped for the Philippines after playing in the A-League). I was going by that logic, to say players who were married should be included in the talked about list. Your arguments about why youth players shouldn't be in the navbox are inconsistent and weak. Since when were "squad numbers assigned at the start of the season"? What about new signings? Or - relevantly here - players who come in from the youth squad? In fact, if you look at the squad numbers its clear that the youth players take the same number every time they play with the A-League squad. Have you seen anything to contradict this? Was it just a coincidence that Peter Kekeris took number 25 this round (source) as he did in early January (source)? Or that Lachlan Wales has worn number 24 every time he has played? Literally every youth player playing A-League wears the same number every week. To deny these players have regular squad numbers is obtuse. @Macosal: Youth players do not have numbers, youth players may play for the senior team, but only if the player is signed to the senior team do they receive an official shirt number. That means although Kekeris was assigned #25 when he made an appearance for the senior team, he isn't officially assigned to the number, any other youth player can 'unofficially' use the number.
For example, Sydney's Sam McIllhatton was assigned #3 in the FFA Cup match he played, but was #8 in an NYL match, and according to a change by FastCube (don't know where the info is from but SoccerBase backs this) he is now #15.
And yes, senior squad numbers are assigned at the start of season, for example: Sydney's 2016/17 announcement. It is not uncommon for players to wear different numbers in different competitions. The League numbers are the relevant ones here and do not change once assigned. That is actually quite obvious when you look at the volume of youth players, all of whose numbers do not change. Not only do they not change, but other players don’t take those numbers when they come into the team. Why has no Mariner other than Kekeris used 25 this season? A fair few have come into the squad since then. I can recall it happening with A-League seniors in FFA Cup / ACL. It’s a bit besides the point how often that happens however - the point being, the fact a player wore a different number for one game (before the league season) should not detract from the fact that these players are clearly assigned specific squad numbers for the league. If you notice in the weekly squad updates it says promoted or demoted. Youth players are payed less so why ever would clubs keep fringe players on senior contracts unless they have to for playing regulations?

I am not reintroducing anything. I am using what exists. In both discussions (here and here) the merge option was discussed which by their comments, Hhkohh (creator of the TfDs) supported.

@Finnusertop: As 78.26 said "However, if these are junior leagues, it would seem quite possible that a player could become notable in the future". All these unlinked players are young players who are in a fully-pro league squad, so it is quite conceivable they will be notable in the near future. The concern is that they will become notable and no-one will go back to the old season pages to link them to their articles, which is a loss. Hej SuperJew I have added a link to a page I made with the Present and ongoing undefeated streak of the Danish NT to hopefully end a silly dispute. I may add that the now 16 games undefeate streak is also by far the longes streak a Danish NT has ever been undefeate since their very first offical NT game at the 1908 Olympic in London. The second longest undefeated streak was 11 games back in 1995, starting with the match against Saudi Arabia on the 6 January 1995 in the FIFA Confederations Cup that Denmark won by beating Argentina 2-0 in the Final, and ending with the very last game the same year, with a 3-1 win against Armenia in a UEFA Euro 1996 qualifier on 15 November 1995. So an 11 game undefeated streak that lasted exactly the whole year. Otherwise we need to go all the way back to 1912-16 to find an 11 game unbeaten streak for the Danish NT, but obviously this was also far from as long a streak as the 16 games right now. @SuperJew: I do not know who deleted it, but the one who did, has deleted a page about an all-time historical unbeaten run by the Danish NT, with a History box and relevant links, which is quite shocking. But through the years I have noticed that you English speaking Wikipedians often tend to just toss new wiki-pages straight in the bin if there is no links to English language sources. I have had to fight so many times in the past to keep new wiki-pages with present and former Danish and Polish Internationals and present and former Danish Superliga players where I could find no English language sources, which is also why I quit posting new wikipedia years ago, because it was really not worth all the time and trouble, having to fight to keep wiki pages of well know soccer players, who you english speaking wikipedians did not know about and so just threw in the bin. I simply can not find any English language sources I can link to about this historical unbeaten run, even the Danish sources I can link to are few, but it's a fact never the less if you take time to investigate, but as written it's hardly worth my time and trouble when it's most likely just going to be tossed in the bin by some American or English speaking wikipedian within a few hours.

Please read WP:NOTSTATS. Streaks, no matter how "historical", are not generally notable, and the page's only sources were to statistics sites - no news articles, etc. which would provide even the smallest bit of notability. Regarding the sources, Instagram is first of all hardly a verifiable source, and secondly numbers worn during training in pre-season are not indicators necessarily of assigned numbers during the season.
The Facebook event also seems to me borderline verifiable, but I think it's okay so long as the official club hasn't announced yet (I checked on the official club site and the club's Twitter btw. Was this announced on Adelaide United's Facebook page?).

@Bbb23: I saw your comments on Eranrabl's talk page and would like to address them. It seems quite clear to me that we are both active, contributing editors, who edit mostly in the football field. As can be seen by our contribution and user pages, Eranrabl mostly edits in Israeli football, while I mostly edit Australian soccer and Collingwood-related pages. I have dabbled a little in the past also in Israeli football, but it is quite minor (67 pages we both made edits on, compared to 520 pages on my watchlist). Also you can see from our contributions pages that we have different styles - I (almost) always leave a comment on my edit notes, while Eranrabl doesn't. Furthermore, 2 editors who are interested in the same project (only 67 pages though, that's nothing in these large projects) is hardly a reason for sockpuppetry suspicion. Another issue I saw raised was technical data. Does that means IP address? What technical evidence? What does it even mean? I already explained that if it is IP address that makes sense as we are both students at the same university.
What behavioral evidence? The only thing SQL said was "you do have interactions". Of course two editors on Wikipedia who edit in the same field will have interactions. I also have interactions with J man708 and with Matilda Maniac as we are all invested editors in the A-League.. that doesn't make us the same person.
How has this come up so late when we have both been editing for over 9 years (based on myself and what Eranrabl wrote on his talk page)? If it is so obvious and clear-cut it surely would've come up earlier.
I'm willing to provide evidence that we are not the same person. Although I appreciate your cooperation in answering my questions, I haven't changed my mind about the socking. That said, I'll go a little further in explaining why. The two IPs you sent me are in the same range, and it's one I checked. Your statement that you used your own laptop gibes with reality because the user agents match the user agents you used in many other IP ranges that are owned by standard ISPs. You've asked about whether I just see the IPs you and Eranrabl use. Yes, but that's not all I see. The user agents tell me what device you're using and what browser. Eranrabl has not used the Hebrew university range you used. BTW, the data I can see is only for the last 90 days, so your usage of the university computers two+ years ago, for example, is hidden from me. Eranrabl hasn't edited as much as you have in the last 90 days, but that account uses the exact same device and browser you use. They also coincide on one of the IP ranges you used. Hmm I use an ASUS laptop, which are pretty common in Israel and a Firefox browser (honestly there's like 2 main browsers to choose from so that's pretty high chances two user will use the same one). Also, if we are both in Jerusalem, how many IP ranges are there? Is coinciding on one range out of however many we use not something which is usual? I am still not sure what is the behavioral evidence you are referencing. Sorry to interrupt, I'm just following this discussion because of technical curiosity (so I'll leave any behavioral evidence out of this). Bbb23, first of all, I must say that I am confident in the ability of our CheckUsers, but I've always wondered what kind of technical info is available to you. If it's just the UA and IP, then there is very little to work with (unless it's an exact match). FWIW, UA doesn't really mention what kind of device is used (at least on standard laptop and desktop computers), only some general info on browser and OS. And there are lots of people running, for example, Firefox on Windows 10 x64 (like I am right now). Browser version is also kind of irrelevant since, by default, every modern browser self-updates as soon as an update is released.
Now, I haven't checked what JavaScript code Wikipedia executes (and I'm too lazy to do it =)), but it would be possible to get the LAN IP, desktop resolution and browser viewport size (though all of that might upset some privacy-oriented folks). If you also get that kind of info, and it's a match, then it'd really mean technically indistinguishable. User Agent and IP range - not as much. Sounds from this that based on the technical data given by Bbb23 it isn't possible to say that two people are using the same computer etc. Furthermore, as I have stated a few times and not received a reply to, there is no behavioral evidence to support that I and Eranrabl are the same user (we edit different fields, and none of our behavior is consistent with WP:BADSOCK. Since currently the only way for me to communicate is via my talk page I will ping some more admins and hope they will be kind enough to give their thoughts and sort out this mistake and let me get back to contributing to Wikipedia. I am not surprised you would have the same matches for browser and OS as the network will port the same software to each computer. The university has over 20,000 students, are you going to block every student as a sockpuppet? This feels highly irregular and SuperJew is a good editor in my opinion, this feels rather an unfair block. The UTRS reply I sent you should have directed you to appeal to the Arbitration Committee and provided you with their email address. This was done because this is a CheckUser block, and another CheckUser has reviewed it and declined to unblock for technical reasons. I do not know how long it takes for ArbCom to answer appeals. Generally ArbCom takes a while to answer appeals. Additionally, I'd like to ask that you don't email me again. I just did a pretty standard kicking of the appeal to ArbCom for CheckUser blocks. There isn't really much else to say. Hi SuperJew, I did see the you made changes for the transfer list of removing the notes for for the free agency players. I think we can still do this, because the 2018-19 pages show the same thing but no-one made any changes.

@FastCube: If you are talking about a club season page, then it's different than the A-League transfers page.
The A-League transfers page shows every in and out of A-League clubs. So if a player is released from A-League club X and later signs with A-League club Y, it could be shown as "A-League club X --> unattached", and "unattached --> A-League club Y", but it's simpler to unify the rows making it "A-League club X --> A-League club Y" with a note mentioning there was a free agency period in the middle.
The club season page shows every in and out of the specific club. Therefore if the player is signed from free agency or is released to free agency, it is irrelevant to the club season page, what the player's previous or next club is.
