Hi Richard

In response to your comments/questions on my talk page (sorry, I have been travelling, away from WP), I'd refer you to advice on creating new articles. In particular I'm afraid there are specific guidelines that make contributions by PR people problematic - see the relevant advice.

You could make a request for the article to be written independently by adding it to the list of requested articles.
