I'll comment on the sandboxed version

• you have attempted to provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show he it meets the notability guidelines. However, substantial parts of the text are unreferenced still. Commercial sites such as Amazon are not acceptable as independent references, nor are sites that can be edited by their subject. You first reference to mobilebizbox isn't formatted as a weblink.
• it is still written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced or inappropriately sourced claims presented as fact include: Best known for his influence as a leader... by helping local businesses... Best Selling... he teaches entrepreneurs how to start and manage their own Internet Marketing business... successfully studied foreign trade... He decided to move to Ecuador in search of adventure and in pursuit of happiness... he developed the passion for entrepreneurship and marketing... He overcame the language barriers and the challenges regarding the unstable economy... easily sustain himself as a private teacher... nothing but his backpack and a dream... most recognized past products... He is also well-known... — basically it's a fan page
• Bolding his book titles is spammy too. Books are italicised only.
• Some formatting tips

• wikilink, eg Durham, North Carolina, Nuremberg
• format your references as [url description], looks much better than bare urls
• Only the first word of headings should be capitalised

Thank you very much for your feedback and for giving me examples of things that don't sound right! I was using this wiki as a reference https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mike_Filsaime&action=submit but it looks like I chose the wrong article to get inspired by :) I will implement changes and get back to you.
