"You have Jews everywhere and we must attack every Jew on the globe by way of slaughter and killing, if God permits." is what he said after saying that only Israeli Jews should be targeted. I actually made a mistake in my initial edit which was reverted because he actually does wants all Jews targeted not just Israeli Jews. The quotation can be removed entirely as saying that he changed his stance and then changed right back is not particularly important information.
