IP vandal

Hi, thanks for your email. Regarding your question, we can see all the edits from this IP on their contribution page. As you say, their edits are mostly bad. If the editor were editing prolifically, it would appropriate to make a report at WP:AIV and they would probably get blocked. However, given that they have made only three edits in the last three weeks, admins would probably not take action at this time. Also, their talk page has only one warning; normally the admins want to see that the full four escalating warnings have been given to the user before they issue blocks. So at this time I would just remain alert for future edits by this editor, and if you happen to revert one of them, be sure to leave an appropriate warning on their talk page. Thanks!
