Starting her career as an Assistant Lecturer in Economics at Dubai international University, Zina is the Founder and Chairperson of Al-mal المال, Founder and CEO of Al Wahab City Real Estate development project, Vice Chairman of Islamic development fund Group and is also Founding Chairperson at Alfa-Auto. Al-mal, which was then known as the Morocco Ladies Investment Company, was the first investment company to receive a licence from Dubai Central Bank to carry out investment banking and asset and wealth management in Dubai. Zina sits on many boards and has been on the Arabian Business list of most influential Arabs for several years in a row.
