Hi, I'm William. This page is probably just going to be a list of links to which I would like to contribute.

I'm interested in machine learning (particularly reinforcement learning), computability theory, tea, mathematics in general, bluegrass, the banjo, public key cryptography including elliptic curve cryptography, the works of Ursula K. Le Guin and Gene Wolfe, and in privacy. I'm a student of Mandarin Chinese and would-be student of Japanese.

Currently doing research in machine learning, information retrieval and natural language processing.
