Walter Hudson is a political commentator and activist from Minnesota. He serves as the chair and media representative of Minnesota’s North Star Tea Party Patriots, a weekly columnist for PJ Media, and co-editor of Sons of Liberty Media (the internet news service of You Can Run But You Cannot Hide International). Walter also served as an associate editor for David Horowitz’s NewsReal Blog, and has been published in FrontPage Magazine and the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Walter cross-posts at True North, a well-traveled hub of conservative commentary in Minnesota. Walter has appeared as a commentator on local television and radio, including guest hosting “The Sue Jeffers Show” on Newstalk AM1130 in the Twin Cities.

Walter started writing about politics and pop culture as an inaugural blogger at RightNation in 2004. After attending the 2009 Tax Day Tea Party rally on the steps of the Minnesota capitol in St. Paul, Walter became a Tea Party activist and began to blog and podcast frequently. His podcast later become a recurring show on US Web Talk Radio.

Walter has a diverse background. He served as an actor and artistic intern for the teen advocacy theater troupe Skits Outreach Services. In the late 1990′s, he worked as a intern for KDWB-FM in Minneapolis and provided on-air talent for KJCK-FM in Junction City, KS. The vast majority of his professional experience comes from the security industry, where he has worked in various roles and environments, including supervisory and administrative positions. He has a bachelor degree in Information Technology with coursework in Political Science.
