I am the son of Nicholas Polajenko (1930–2015), and I have a conflict of interest regarding that subject. I am following WP:COI: I do not edit the article directly, I submit drafts through WP:AFC for independent review, and I have based my proposed article on independent published sources rather than family papers.

I also maintain polajenko.com, a family memorial site. I have not cited it as a source.

My username is taken from "Vispitin", the pseudonym Antony Tudor used at the 1952 premiere of Trio con Brio, in which the subject of that draft danced. I mention it so the coincidence is not mistaken for anything else.
