I have used Wikipedia anonymously for a while and found it very helpful - especially the 'discussion' pages - and decided it's time to try to give a little back, so here I am, a new out-of-the-box User still trying to find my way around.

If I have understood the policy correctly this page is intended to provide some personal background, so for the record I am an engineer living and working (for a very small engineering consultancy company, Corata Limited) in the south of England, with particular interests in methods and tools to support systems and safety engineering.

In time I hope to include something useful here, but right now I'm off to continue my Wiki apprenticeship.
