Correct terminology

Deleted -> delete

I have closed a discussion in which the page in question was deleted by an administrator in reference to this (or another) discussion, however, the administrator did not close the XfD discussion, so I have now done that. Due to myself not being an administrator, XfD closer appears to have backlisted the word "delete," so I have gone back to correct the outcome to properly reflect convention.

Speedily deleted -> speedy delete

Due to myself not being an administrator, XfD closer appears to have backlisted the phrase "speedy delete," so I have gone back to correct the outcome to properly reflect convention.
