Transoft Solutions Inc. was founded in 1991 in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada by Milton Carrasco. The company develops innovative CAD-based software for engineers, architects, and drafters for their civil and infrastructure design and planning needs.

Mr. Carrasco received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southamptom in 1978 and his Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary [1]in 1992.

Transoft is best known for AutoTURN which was first released in 1991 and has developed AeroTURN, GuidSIGN, TORUS, NEXUS, OTISS and ParkCAD over the course of its history.

In the spring of 2013, Transoft Solutions received widespread attention for an article in Airports International magazine, highlighting the 3D aspect of AeroTURN, software used by the aviation industry to plan safe and efficient operations.
