Sebiotimo Victor (born May 13, 1986) is a Nigeriancomputer programmer and Internet entrepreneur. Victor has been a professional web developer and has been assisting others to learn web development since 1999.
Victor has administered sites of over 10,500 pages ranging from large corporate websites, small business websites, to tiny personal web pages and blogs, as well as several intranet and extranet sites. He has also worked as a contract Web developer for numerous organisations. He has worked with most cutting-edge web technology including XML,CMS,HTML,CSS,PHP Perl, C, JavaScript and Ruby.
He is currently the Web developer for Afe Babalola University, Nigeria. He has driven the website to become the second best private university in Nigeria on webometrics.
He is a member of United Kingdom Web Designer Association (UKWDA), member of American Association Of Webmasters™ and World Organization of Webmasters.
