I have a BA in Illustration/Animation and I am studying European studies in the Hellenic Open University. In my opinion the main effort should be the continuous representation of the true historical facts. Or at list the views of the vast majority of historians or scholars. By assuming that neutrality is the representation of obscure, or the highly controversial, or the political motivated then we all lose.
