My OpenV2K project has integrated features, that mirror the pulse modulation, that Sharp and Grove published about, in 1975 ( See Item 4: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signal_modulation#Miscellaneous_modulation_techniques ).
The Python application is built on GNU Radio for its real-time DSP signal chain, HackRF One as its SDR front end, and a PyQt5 graphical interface for real-time parametric control.

I'm seeking to diminish the stigma of "V2K" or "Voice To Skull", with a working FOSS software stack, that recreates the 1975 pulse modulation technique. This is a testing tool, that can be used at home, even without an SDR. You can generate spectrograms of what would-have-been transmitted, and then amplified. This is not a PhD-staffed microwave exposure system, and that's what it would likely take, for my project to become notable. I'm asking university biophysics/bioelectromagnetics professors for an academic review of my work.
