Hello! I am RemoveRedSky. While I mainly revert vandalism with AntiVandal, I might also do these from time to time:

Adding orphan templates to pages that don't already have them.
Assigning content assessment ratings and importance levels, especially to unassessed articles.
Dealing with discussions, for example Categories for Discussion or Featured Picture Candidates (which is why the XFD backlog is below).
Other potential minor edits.
