My name is Mark Evans. I was born in Berlin, New Hampshire, United States in 1964. My current profession is acupuncturist. I also practice various aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I primarily edit medical articles.

I believe acupuncture has been misrepresented in Wikipedia and hope to make some positive changes. There is quite a bit of emphasis on the evidence based model of medicine. I hope to balance that with the richness of 4000 years of the practice of Chinese medicine.

To talk about Chinese medicine without referring back to the ancient knowledge is similar to writing about Jesus without referring to the bible.
